Booking Policy Cancellation Policy: 1-Hour Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within the 1-hour window may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 1-Hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Subject to availability, appointments can be rescheduled once. No-Show Policy: No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will result in a no-show fee.
